An AI-native calendar and local opportunity intelligence product — not just another events listing.
Our Mission
BusinessCalendar.ai exists because local information — events, deadlines, opportunities, public meetings, filing dates, and seasonal patterns — is almost always fragmented, siloed, and hard to use.
That fragmentation creates real cost: missed opportunities, duplicated effort, disconnected communities, and lost visibility.
Our mission is to structure that information into something more searchable, more mappable, more actionable, and more connected — using AI-enhanced workflows with human oversight throughout.
Product Philosophy
BusinessCalendar.ai is designed to be introduced honestly.
We do not oversell AI capabilities that are not yet fully ready. We show what works today, acknowledge what is still evolving, and let the product earn trust through real utility.
The working foundation — event search, interactive maps, area selection, and event navigation — is available now. More advanced AI features, including the full Calendar Assistant experience, are actively being developed and will be introduced when they are ready.
Humans remain in control. Community guardrails matter.
Network Context
BusinessCalendar.ai is one rail within the AMA Network — a connected ecosystem of AI-enabled local tools for visibility, commerce, coordination, and shared community advantage.
It works alongside:
Each property exists to serve a distinct function in the local operating system. Together, they create shared infrastructure that no single organization could build alone.
Leadership
BusinessCalendar.ai is developed and maintained by American Marketing Alliance, SPC, led by Ryan Rutledge — founder, strategist, and architect of the AMA Network.
The AMA is a social purpose corporation based in Olympia, Washington, built around the belief that local economies deserve better tools, better information infrastructure, and better coordination systems.
BusinessCalendar.ai is part of a staged rollout. If you are interested in participating as a pilot partner, early user, or stakeholder, we would like to hear from you.
