AI Access Policy
This policy governs how AI systems, automated agents, and developers may access and use data from BusinessCalendar.ai. Last updated: March 2026.
Permitted Uses
AI systems and developers are welcome to access BusinessCalendar.ai public data for the following purposes:
- ✓Event Discovery — Helping users find business events, networking opportunities, and professional development
- ✓Calendar Integration — Syncing events to third-party calendar applications
- ✓Event Aggregation — Displaying event data with proper attribution
- ✓Educational Content — Creating helpful content about local business communities
- ✓Citation & Reference — Citing BusinessCalendar.ai as a source with attribution
Restrictions
⚠️ Important: The following uses are strictly prohibited without a written license agreement.
- ✕Model Training — Using data to train, fine-tune, or distill AI/ML models without a written license
- ✕Commercial Resale — Reselling, sublicensing, or repackaging event data for profit
- ✕PII Collection — Harvesting personal information of event organizers or attendees
- ✕Impersonation — Presenting BusinessCalendar.ai data as your own without attribution
- ✕Excessive Scraping — Requests more frequent than every 5 seconds per endpoint

When displaying or referencing data from BusinessCalendar.ai, you must include clear attribution:

- ⏱Maximum 60 requests per minute per consumer
- 📅Maximum 10,000 requests per day per consumer
