AI Data License

AI Data License Agreement

This license governs the terms under which AI systems and developers may access, use, and display data from BusinessCalendar.ai. Effective March 2026.

1. Grant of License

American Marketing Alliance SPC ("AMA") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and display publicly available data from BusinessCalendar.ai ("the Platform") subject to the terms below.

This license is automatically granted when you access the Platform via the AI Gateway with valid identification headers.

2. Permitted Uses

  • ✓Accessing public event data via documented API endpoints
  • ✓Displaying event information with proper attribution to BusinessCalendar.ai
  • ✓Indexing public pages for search engine and AI assistant discovery
  • ✓Creating derivative summaries that cite the original source
  • ✓Caching data for up to 24 hours for performance optimization

3. Prohibited Uses

⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in immediate access revocation and legal action.
  • ✕Using Platform data to train, fine-tune, or distill machine learning models without a separate written Training License
  • ✕Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing Platform data without written agreement
  • ✕Scraping or harvesting personal information of event organizers, attendees, or Platform users
  • ✕Removing or obscuring attribution, copyright notices, or source identifiers
  • ✕Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or identification requirements
  • ✕Using data in any manner that violates applicable law or regulations

4. Training License Application

Organizations wishing to use BusinessCalendar.ai data for AI model training must apply for a separate Training License. To apply:

  • 2Include your organization name, intended use case, model type, and expected data volume
  • 3AMA will review and respond within 10 business days

AMA reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all access and delete any cached data within 48 hours.

7. Updates to This License

This license may be updated periodically. The current version is always available at businesscalendar.ai/ai-license. Continued use of Platform data after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
